Students must be in class no later than 8:45 AM. If they show up after 8:45 AM they will be considered tardy. We do understand that the unenviable could happen, however, it is imperative that you strive to be punctual.
Parents, please call before 10:30 AM in your student(s) are going to be absent for the day to avoid our staff from calling you at work or home or send an automated phone call to your home in the evening.
If your student is ill, it is your responsibility to call the school at 915 236-4004 in the morning and inform the office of the reason for the absence. If you fail to call, the absence will be unexcused. You will have five school days to amend the absence. Please include student’s name, ID #, reason for absence, and if it is for all day or a partial day. We receive many phone calls throughout the day so if your call is transferred to our voicemail please leave a detailed message and we will handle your request as soon as we become available to do so. Your call is very important to us.
